This is red herring. The message severity is wrong, it's just a warning
meant to debug the module status but they shouldn't repeat very often
Messages repeated too often due to non-default value of MaxSpareServers.
For instance, setting MaxSpareServers as high as MaxRequestWorkers
totally eliminated "Running prefork bridge finalize method.." messages,
as expected.
