I added to both trunk and branches/2.3 a new ::rivet::try command to
wrap the Tcl 8.6 core command and trap any exceptions that could have
been originated by ::rivet::abort_page and ::rivet::exit and let them
continue to run AbortScript. The command doesn't check for Tcl 8.6 and
it probably should as Tcl 8.5 is still supported
