Thanks for the suggestion. I guess we should move to something MD based
or anything like that. A tool that performs at least a basic rough
initial conversion would be helpful to start with. I was considering to
do this at a very low priority, something like [after idle [list
convert_a_single_manual_page $last_page]] but I need a roadmap
