Crikey. (I can say Crikey, can I? ;-p) Please add this to our 
Sourceforge bug tracker as item and attach a tarball with output 
from running RKH with your usual flags like this: "sh -x 
/path/to/rkhunter --your-flags-here 2>&1> /tmp/rkhunter.debug" and 
rkhunter.log.
