Another thing, we would like to implement a local proxy in our site for all
hosts. Has Anybody done this? The idea is that a proxy host download the last
files and all hosts run the rkhunter against it.

Do a rkhunter --update to pick up the latest updates. You *MAY* have
to run hashupd.sh again afterwards if rkhunter says it doesn't know
this release.
