It is not saying it cannot find lsattr, it is saying there is no output
from it. The test is to run lsattr on your config file, so presumably
something like 'lsattr /etc/rkhunter.conf'. What is the output of that?

I am running 1.3.6 on RHEL 5.4 with no such problem.
