It seems Linux systems are moving towards installing none of syslog,
syslog-ng, rsyslog etc by default, with the logging being handled by
systemd. So the system intentionally has no traditional logging daemon
running.

rkhunter isn't able to accommodate that, generating frequent
  Warning: No running system logging daemon has been found.

Or at least I haven't found a way to tell rkhunter about systemd.

Frequent noise detracts from the important warnings. Is there at least a
workaround one can deploy?
