Personally, I think that CircusLinux is mature enough that it would be a
good game to put on the CD. However, since it requires the SDL image and
optionally the SDL Mixer libraries it might get tricky.
A good table of what LinuxForKids put on their last CD along with library
requirements is at ftp://ftp.linuxforkids.com/support/table.html.
The main areas that I was looking at to see which software to include were
maturity/stability, easy-to-use, libraries required, and age range. It
might be good to have at least one application from each age group if
possible.
Does anyone else have any experience with kid's software on Linux?
