Sorry, let me just clarify the problem I have. At the point where the installer begins to install the packages, while I'm editing my username, an error appears saying it couldn't install a package. The package installation then fails, and no packages are installed as a result.
My specs are: P3-700 256Mb Abit BH6 Toshiba CDRom XM-6702B Mitsumi CR-2600TE ATI 128 (not sure what exactly, but the installer recognises it) Segate 20Gb Drive SB Live Value Samsung 900NF I'll double check the iso image and check that it's ok.
