The installation added my NT, and Debian partitions, so the answer is
yes.

Otherwise, log on to KDE as root and in the control panel there is a
boot manager interface.

I've not used it myself though because I wanted to keep the NT boot
loader. I set up GRUB (boot manager) manually with an installation boot
disk.

Be cautious though, and make sure you have a DOS boot disk available
before you experiment.
