asta este configuratia de pe router, fisier .cm nu mai atasez pentru
ca nu el imi face limitarea la un anumit downstream, cu frecventa in
fisierul de limitare am facut doar teste care mi-au reusit la vremea
respectiva, acum folosesc o delimitare fizica, orice modem din retea
nu poate vedea decat o singura frecventa de cale directa, totul a fost
realizat doar cu splitere de cablu

cu frecventa in fisierul de configurare dureaza mai mult sincronizarea
cm-ului, se plimba mult prin frecvente inutile
