Raspunsul NS-ului tau 193.231.242.2 este corect; www.as.ro are ca IP
127.0.0.1 pentru ca asa este configurat RR-ul:

$ dig +short ns as.ro
ns2.decknet.ro.
ns1.decknet.ro.
$ dig +short @ns1.decknet.ro www.as.ro
127.0.0.1
$ dig +short @ns2.decknet.ro www.as.ro
127.0.0.1

Probabil nu exista nici un website configurat pentru www.as.ro si
prin urmare traficul catre acest hostname vide directionat catre
127.0.0.1. Este un config un destul de lame din partea hostmaster-ului
zonei ar.ro deoarece vine in contradictie cu RFC 3330 [1] si RFC 1700
[2]. Ar fi mult mai corect sa nu specifice un AA RR pentru www.as.ro.

[1] 127.0.0.0/8 - This block is assigned for use as the Internet host
   loopback address. A datagram sent by a higher level protocol to an
   address anywhere within this block should loop back inside the host.
   This is ordinarily implemented using only 127.0.0.1/32 for loopback,
   but no addresses within this block should ever appear on any network
   anywhere [RFC1700, page 5].

[2] Internal host loopback address. Should never appear outside a host.
