Acum ce intelegi tu prin download. Daca vrei sa nu lasi oamenii sa faca ftp,
asta e simplu. Nu dai access la porturile 20 si 21 si gata. O alta solutie,
cred, ar fi sa limitezi marimea maxima a unui html la 100k sa zicem.
