[rlug] Timezone diferit pentru un program

Vreau ca un anumit program cand porneste sa se vada pe alt meridian. Adica
in loc de GMT+2 sa vada GMT-3. Si asta fara sa schimb setarile pentru tot
sistemul. Doar pentru programul respectiv. Cunosteti vreo variabila de
mediu sau altceva cu care sa pot face asta?
