grep -i userdir /path/to/httpd.conf

de obicei o sa-ti intoarca "UserDir public_html"

daca e public_html, faci la tine in $HOME in director public_html, si
daca un "ls -ld" in $HOME zice numai drwx------, mai faci un chmod go+x
pe $HOME.
