The Internet Corporation for Assigned Names and Numbers (ICANN) have jumped on the "we must protect our way of life from these nasty terrorists" bandwagon in a big way lately, even going so far as to cancel their annual meeting this fall and replace it with a festival on Domain Name System (DNS) security.
