asta nu e "ciudat", e normal, de la bind 8.2 in sus. la bind 8.2 este
warning, la 9.x este eroare fatala. motivul este ca de la aparitia rfc 2308,
ultimul cimp din SOA este "negative caching ttl", ceea ce impune definirea
explicita a "pozitive caching ttl".
