Outlook-ul este un mare magar. Nu stiu cauza, dar am mai patit de cateva ori treaba asta de cand fac testele. Adica am pus la POP3 "192.168.100.99" si l-am gasit inlocuit cu 'localhost' iar la Account name era pus numele/192.168.100.99 Nu prea inteleg ce-l determina sa faca treaba asta. Dupa ce l-am corectat mesaju de eroare arata astfel : The connection to the server has failed.
