1. care nu-s el is slave nu ? si la alea trimite notify.
2. serverele slave cind pornesc trimit notify la master (slave-urile
stiu din named.conf)

servere care nu-s trecute la host -t NS zona.ro dar probabil sunt
folosite intern de X sau Y si trebuie sa fine tinute la zi.
