I suspect that most of you have heard that Suse is opening up its
operating system, after the fashion of the Fedora Core project but, in
case you hadn't, I thought I'd drop a note, as I understand some of you
use Suse.
It's now widely reported that they are trying to gain community support
and make the system easier to deploy. They will have, at some point in
the future (not up yet) a Web site -- www.opensuse.com -- as home for
the new project.
