We bought a 100GB Hitachi (or maybe it was a Toshiba...) from newegg. It
performed really well, and had a 16MB buffer. I believe it was 5400rpm
though. I can get more info if you'd like. Then again, you can just
search 2.5" HDD for a 16MB buffer and return the entire product line on
the newegg site.
