Has anyone else out there done much development with Lua? I had a former tech lead who was a real language geek. He was always pointing me at this or that cool new project. It took me several years but I've finally decided to check it out yesterday and spent about 20 hours on and off coding an exploit for pulltheplug.org (http://www.pulltheplug.org/fu/challenges/3/) since I thought that would be different... it's been rather um... strange. But it works at least in the proof-of-concept stage. What sort of languages inspire you?
