I'm getting this "sr0: CDROM not ready...." entry in dmesg
AFTER I start the guest in VMWare
Didn't have this problem with WS 4.5 or 5.0 just 5.5. It's like it's constantly trying to poll the CDROM.
Ideas?
I've also noticed that read/response time on the optical drives is the pits inside the guest os.

NOW though I'm detecting a new and different problem: when I looked at dmesg I'm getting
sr0: CDROM not ready. blah blah
And that error is showing over and over. What's that about?
