I brought up KDE today and up pops Konquerer. I think it's because I let the system shut down Konquerer automatically when I shut down the system. So I had to shut it down AGAIN.
Is there any way to stop this bad boy behavior? When I shut down the operating system, I want all applications to shut down AND STAY DOWN until I ask for them again. I want it to behave that way every time for every application with no exceptions ever.
