just to confirm my understanding:
Please note, that this will add a plugin dependency from RMF to Sphinx.
However, it will still be possible to run the core (read/write of
reqif models) as a standalone Java application.
Does that mean that the core itself does not depend on Sphinx or that
the core indeed depends on Sphinx but Sphinx is able to run as
standalone app as well?
