Reinstall the rpm from the roadster web page, and use --force since
you might have another mysql-devel.

I'd love to, but unfortunately I can't do that, I use mysql in this
machine for other applications that I develop and I use Mysql 5
specific features. How was this rpm built? Do you have the spec file
that went into it?
I didn't build the rpm. It is the one provided by roadster.
Use the --prefix option in RPM to install it to a different path.
