Howdy, I'm interested in testing out the 2.5 beta against our Lustre 1.8.8 file system. I can't determine from the documentation and mailing list archive whether the Robinhood daemon is supposed to be installed on the Lustre MDS or on any Lustre client.
Can the daemon be installed on any Lustre client (including the MDS)? Is the behavior different for Lustre 2.x (to take advantage of the ChangeLog feature)?
