Dear team,
I'm trying to use rbh for our cluster. Our fs is 40TB on two servers using
fhgfs, with ssd disks for the metadata and 52disks for the storage. All is
connected in IB 40GB.
We have (according to rbh) 33 Mio files.
I have two problem:
1) the "daily scan" takes 4d and 19h. I thought that maybe the next scan
will take less time but it seems not.
2) it seems that some of the values are inacurate. For example using
rbh-report -i reports that I have 54.11TB datas.
3) when using rbh-du it takes often more time than using du.
Is there any problem with my configuration? The server doing the scan is a
one E5-2620 0 @ 2.00GHz cpu with 32GB ram.
Here is my rbh config:
General
{
fs_path = "/home";
fs_type = fhgfs;
check_mounted = TRUE;
}
FS_Scan
{
scan_interval = 1d;
nb_threads_scan = 2;
}
Log
{
log_file = "/var/log/robinhood/tmp_fs.log";
report_file = "/var/log/robinhood/reports.log";
alert_file = "/var/log/robinhood/alerts.log";
}
ListManager
{
MySQL
{
server = localhost;
db = robinhood_fhgfs;
user = robinhood;
password_file = /etc/robinhood.d/.dbpassword;
}
}
EntryProcessor
{
max_batch_size = 1000;
}
Thanks for any hint!
