Hi Loris, Thank you for reporting. I confirm this is a bug in rbh-diff command.
As a workaround you can run: > robinhood --scan=/mnt/lustre/foo --diff=all this is functionally equivalent to: "rbh-diff --scan=/mnt/lustre/foo --apply=db" This will display the detected changes, however this will also update robinhood DB (which may not be what you want). Anyhow, I'll keep you updated about fix of partial scan with "rbh-diff".
