Note that these gaps were not really gaps; I didn't mention
MPEG2.5 layer 1 + 2 on purpose. Technically it is possible to
set these combinations, but you'd have a hard time finding any
program that encodes or plays them. MPEG2.5 is an inoffficial
extension of MPEG2, and afaik used only in conjunction with
layer 3.
