if the gui flashing shuffling means you've reached the end of the playlist and are using repeat shuffle mode, so it fails when it tries to reshuffle. Not sure if it was related, but the skip during disk fill and related bugs are fixed. (hacked for now until I do more work on playback threading)
Confirmed, seeking/skipping is fixed here, thanks. I'll let you know if the shuffling is fixed (I'm currently burning in some headphones so I'll leave it running over night again).
