No, the instructions are already in the Rockbox wiki but I have no clues how
accessible they are or how available such an installation would be for you.
Also if I write my code on windows can I convert it to unix?
The code you'd write is for Rockbox, not for windows nor unix. So there's no
conversion needed at all.
