You just outlined the two options. Either don't restart the finished
playlist, or do.
There is another question whether to restart the playlist on startup if the
start screen is set to WPS. But then the option would have too many possible
values and would be hard to understand. So I think a boolean option is the
best. I'll try to come up with a patch.
Do we really want/need a setting for this? This seems all very minor,
I'd highly dislike another setting just for this (but if we really need
a setting I'd add an option to repeat where the Off is which causes this
discussion).
