Maybe we should introduce some 'tracker days/weekends' when we
concentrate on reviewing bugs/patches? The number of patches/bugs on
the tracker is insane and I am almost sure many are not valid anymore.
Another thing is that sometimes tracker is used as an idea incubator.
If initial patch gathers no real interest task is left open and
forgotten. Maybe we should dedicate wiki page to such abandoned ideas
instead and keep tracker clean. In my opinion if patch get no serious
interest for half a year it should be removed from tracker (which
doesn't mean we should discard the work completely).
