Slawomir and Thomas   - I have updated the patch at FS#11666, would you be 
able to retest please?   (to confirm that it still works, and that it now 
works, respectively :-) )

Additionally, I've already committed this patch to rockbox sources.  I 
figured that it would be safe to do so, since existing behaviour should be 
unaffected for stable supported targets on unmodified builds.
