If there's one convention that holds universally across all random album downloads off the Internet, it's that within an album, the filenames typically are sorted alphanumerically specifically to establish a track order. Typically, the track number is part of the filename and establishes that order, which often requires leading zeros. But whether said filename component actually has leading zeros, and where it appears in the filename, is hard to detect heuristically when looking at a single file or at a random collection of files. (Assuming that each directory holds only a single album is unsafe.) sideral
