Hello folks,

Sorry for missing out the report last week but I'll catch up now. Not much happened this week, so I'll mostly report the week before.

Anyway, I actually reached my first milestone. That is integrating buflib into the core and replacing all buffer_alloc and direct audiobuf accesses with it with the help of the patches I posted in my previous posts. Again, this is without compaction yet (which is my second milestone). I've also added a nice menu to the debug screens which gives an overview over all allocations.

So yea, I'm pretty happy right now :)

Unfortunately, my exams are starting (plus lots of paper work and presentations prior to the actual exams) soon so my uni pressure is higher again. I'll sort of slow down for the next weeks (like in the past week). But after that is done I can fully concentrate on enabling compaction for the remaining time, which I expect to be more than enough (I have already a scheme for compaction, it basically just needs enablement and heavy testing).

Best regards.
