In v 5.2, sp3, you can use the same information but you have to open a new
plan.  Under Filter Search, go to Plans.  If the closed plan has a + next to
it, click the + to expand the plan details and note the username and
password.  Then click on the "Upgrade this account" button (we changed the
wording on this button to Add a Plan) and create a new plan with the same
info as the closed plan.
