Tell us more about how your system is integrated with Rodopi, for example, do you use ODBC to tie your billing system to your other systems or do you use event scripts?
What exactly isn't loging in, radius, e-mail or other? I have seen issues with VOPMail loosing configuration settings but I fear this is due to my server not saving it's registry changes when it was unexpectedly shut down. We need to know more about what is failing for you, maybe this server is being restarted and the changes are saved in the registry and you are loosing the changes due to this? I'm just giving examples looking for an idea about what you have going on. Does this system provide error logging? For example, Radius, E-mail and FTP all have error logs which you can use to help figure out why you are getting this. I don't think it's anything wrong with Rodopi per say but I feel it might be with your outside systems.
