[Rodopi] deleting a transaction

Anyone have any pointers on how to DELETE a prorated charge on a billing 
date change so that it is as if it never happened?

I tried "undo last transaction" and it returns "incorrect password" err.
Rodopi 5.3 / SQL 2000
