Simplistically, you do an install on the other server.
You can do a fresh install from the Rodopi demo site doing all needed updates after the install.
If the SQL is on the same machine you move it also. (that is another chapter).
If not you of course point the new machine to the SQL server.
LAST you move the NIC from the old machine to the new machine because Rodopi is locked to the NIC MMAC address.
Then you likely do a license renewal on the new machine to get a current license.
OR
FIRST you ask your Rodopi Salesperson to arrange a Temporary license for your new NIC so you can have both/either acrtive.
