I had a similar problem the other day.
I didnt reply to their emails about my support
contract so they SHUT MY LICENSES down. No hey, hi or nothing.
Couldnt do anything with rodopi for half a day.
Their reasoning was that I must of went out of
business since I didnt reply to their email or phone calls.
I was slightly pissed about it and most likely
spoke way too harshly to the agent on the phone that was unlucky enough to
intercept the phone call. It should of been directed at the manager
that made the decision to shut down my system remotely.
Crazy...
Maybe they went out of business since they arent
answering your emails... hmmmm
