I just answered my own question if anyone is interested.... I did not
specify a SendInvoices value in the import file (because we do not use
invoices, we use statements). Short answer, this appears to be what caused
the problem.

Longer answer, it inserted NULLS into the SendInvoices field of the
customers table and did make an entry at all into the CustomerValues table
(where a duplicate copy of almost everything in the Customers table is
stored.... I still haven't figured that one out yet). It seems to be the
absence of a value in the CustomerValues table that caused the problem I was
experiencing.

Subject: [Rodopi] Can't view statement

We just imported several customers into a MISP in Rodopi 5.2 sp3 using the
RodopiImport.exe tool. Everything went well except for I cannot view
statements for any of these customers. I get the following error:

The thread attempted to read from or write to a virtual address for which it
does not have the appropriate access.

It is not logging anything into the Windows Event Log (or anywhere else that
I can find). I am able to post charges and payments to his account and can
view them under the transactions screen, but cannot view statements. This
error is only happening with the customers that have been imported. The
other customers in this MISP work fine. Any ideas??
