Hi Steve, Small Business Server most definitely includes the .Net Framework as the Remote Web Workplace is built using it.
I would suggest that you probably do not have an application pool configured for it. Unfortunately I don't know how Rodopi uses ASP.Net, but if you wouldn't mind me snooping around your server then I would have a look for you. Just drop me a private mail with some contact info.
