Hi, > Now I still don't know why we need a compare file??Why not > output the rohc file directly and compare it with the compare file? > Thank you in advance!!
You can output the ROHC packets in a PCAP file and then compare it with the reference PCAP file. It works. However it is more efficient to compare every packet one by one during the test instead of all the packets at end of the test. In case of problem, the test will stop at the first erroneous ROHC packet without processing all the packets of the capture. During development it makes a great difference! Regards, Didier Barvaux
