If the ROHC decompression context is initialized with IPv4/IPv4/UDP/RTP and both RND flags were set to ZERO in the dynamic chain of the IR packet,
I'm not sure how the decompressor will be able to get the IP-ID of the outer IP header because it will use the Offset IP-ID decoding for the inner IP header. is this a valid assumption?? or the RND flag must be set to 1 for at least on of the two IP headers? -- Thanks, Ahmed
