Can you add an option, in configure, such --enable-rohc-v2, to add
#define SUPPORT_ROHC_V2 1 in config.h file generated?
You'll have some work to finish to integrate RoHCv2 support in the
library, in the decompressor part.

Attached are source files for support of RoHCv2 (RFC5225).
That was running with library 1.3.1, but need to be updated for the
last release, and completed.

And then, need to be tested and debugged!
To install them, first, copy the branch "rohc-tcp" to "rohc-v2-tcp"
and untar the two archive files, containing updated files and new
files.

I'll try to make it work with the TCP branch this weekend.
