Dear Didier:
In the codes of library, there is profile0x0000, however,there is no 0x0000
profile mentioned in the LTE 36.331 protocol document for RRC.
if I make use of your codes in a realization of soft production, the RRC
layer firstly must configure the profile parameters for lower
layer,however,there is no 0x0000 according to the LTE 36.331.so,what can I do
for that? I wonder if no configuration means profile0x0000 in your code,please.
