Hello,
The development branch for the TCP profile is deprecated. I merged the
TCP profile in the main development branch a few days ago. See
https://code.launchpad.net/~didier-barvaux/rohc/main
I updated the wiki to tell that the TCP profile is now located in
mainline, but I forgot to add a message on the page of the TCP branch
itself. Problem fixed now.
