Hello Didier,

I have some problems using app stats. Indeed, i want to study the impact of the 
different parameters (CHANGE_IR_COUNT, CHANGE_FO_COUNT, ROHC_LIST_DEFAULT_L..) 
on the compression. However, i noted some strange problems.

At first, im using the source.pcap of the ipv6/udp/rtp audio file which is 
present on the rohc 1.7.0 version (test/non_regression/inputs...) . When i 
launched the app stats using default parameters, i am not able to see the 
switch between FO->IR. is it normal? I try differents values, but nothing 
change. Same problem for the switch SO->IR, it did not correspond to the 
CHANGE_FO_COUNT value. Besides, after the IR packets, the state switched 
directly to SO... I copy paste 26th first values.
